We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our products, each of which is sourced from a certified Japanese factory and inspected for excellence before dispatch. As a premium brand launched in 2024, our commitment to transparency and customer care is non-negotiable.

✅ Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

❌ Please note: Special promotional items, limited drops, or products marked as "final sale" are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, damaged, or used.

🚚 Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
